It allows us to find the right real estate for your investment strategy, automate the valuation of these properties and coordinate due diligence – all at the click of a mouse. We often provide provisional financing for projects at our own risk and are involved as co-investor. Because we integrate all management units (Transaction, Fund, Capital, Asset, Property, Construction, Service & Facility) under one roof, we can do justice to our clients’ different profiles.
