This portfolio encompasses 23 residential complexes with 865 units and features efficient use of utility space, an excellent tenant composition and consistent cash flows. Several units have been divided up into apartments and communal areas in line with the Condominium Act (WEG).
Heidenheim
This portfolio encompasses 26 residential complexes with 579 units, 76 of which are multiple dwelling units with a total area of 80,494 m2. 36 units have been separated up into apartments and communal areas in line with the Condominium Act (WEG).
Lübeck
This portfolio is spread over three locations in Lübeck and encompasses 221 units with a total rental area of 15,895 m2.
