Capital Bay collects 600 million euros in equity.

In 2020, the owner-managed investment manager Capital Bay has collected approximately equity capital from institutional investors and family offices. The volume of transaction volume was 1.8 billion euros.

163 properties were purchased, including 135 commercial properties with approximately 1 million sq. ft. of leasable space, 158 apartments and 22 Living operator properties of the hotel, care, student housing and microliving use types. Capital Bay's Serviced Living segment grew by over 20% during the year to 8,200 units. The properties are managed by the company's own operating company 360 Operator. The company cites property and facility management as the basis for further growth. Here, new mandates for a three-digit million amount were added in 2020.
