Capital Bay takes over property management for two further logistics properties in Germany for P3 Logistic Parks

Wilhelmshaven and Dusseldorf, 23. July 2024

Further expansion stages are planned for the new P3 JadeWeserPort building. P3 is planning three logistics halls with a total of around 140,000 square meters of rentable space at the site. The existing buildings in Düsseldorf date from the 1970s and are currently fully let. Capital Bay has been commissioned with the technical and commercial property management as well as the accounting for both mandates.


“With P3, we have been able to convince a renowned and leading logistics real estate developer to commission us again. The two new mandates confirm our expertise and service quality in the management of logistics properties,” says Gottfried Drescher, Head of Asset Management at Capital Bay. In October last year, Capital Bay had already received a management mandate from P3 for five logistics properties with a total rental area of 230,000 square meters in southern Germany.
